Forgetproof is designed as a local-first memory tool for bills, subscriptions, trials, warranties, return windows, renewals, and cancel-by dates.

Information You Enter

Forgetproof lets you enter item names, item types, optional amounts, due dates, optional cancel-by dates, notes, and reminder settings.

In the current MVP, this information is stored locally on your device.

Accounts

Forgetproof does not require an account, sign-in, or registration.

Bank Connections

Forgetproof does not connect to banks, credit cards, payment accounts, or financial institutions.

Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

The current MVP does not include third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or cross-app tracking.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, Forgetproof uses local notifications on your device. Notification permission can be managed in iOS Settings.

Purchases

Forgetproof Plus purchases are handled by Apple through StoreKit. Apple may process purchase information according to Apple's own policies.

Children's Privacy

Forgetproof is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date on this page.
